One of the inn\u2019s delights is the carefully curated selection of local sake, chosen by a certified <em>kikizakeshi<\/em> (sake sommelier) to perfectly complement each dish. Guests can enjoy renowned Fukushima brews such as Hiroki, Daishichi, Sharaku, Tenmei, and Aizu Musume, among others.
