Dinner
“While using ingredients from Aizu, I hope to create depth in our cuisine by offering genuine Japanese dishes.”
Dinner at Toryukan features a kaiseki course that highlights the seasonal flavors of Aizu, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from the local Minamiaizu region. One of the inn’s delights is the carefully curated selection of local sake, chosen by a certified kikizakeshi (sake sommelier) to perfectly complement each dish. Guests can enjoy renowned Fukushima brews such as Hiroki, Daishichi, Sharaku, Tenmei, and Aizu Musume, among others. Personalized sake pairings are also available, allowing visitors to fully savor the harmony between the region’s food and sake culture.
